Steve Harwood. Steve gave his life to Jesus in 1991. Since then he has worked with children, youth and young adults in various church groups over the years. He is one of the founder members of the LWC and is responsible for co-ordinating the musical worship. He also writes and performs his own worship songs in the group COLOR. He is currently a self employed cabinet maker and is married to Viki. They have two children. He is an avid gardener and drinks tea not coffee!

Clive Pritchard. Since coming to faith in Christ over thirty years ago, Clive has served in full-time Christian ministry roles, including work with Open Doors and as International Director for People International, before moving back to Wales with his family. He and his wife Gaynor now run the Hiraeth Centre bunkhouse at Llanwrda. Clive's responsibilities within LWC include co-ordination of mission and evangelism. He has three grown up children and a granddaughter and, like Matt, loves drinking proper coffee!

Richard Thomas. Rich (AKA RichT) is a farmer by background and a teacher by training, who currently works as a farmer and co-ordinates the LWC Sunday School and youth work. He is also LWC point-man for taking assemblies in Carmarthen schools. He's a Carmarthen boy who's married to Ellie and has six children. Rich committed his life to Christ at the tender age of six having been made aware of his need of the Saviour by his Christian parents. Unlike Matt and Clive, Rich has no love for 'proper' coffee, just big mugs of everyday tea!
