'Contemporary Reformed' would be one good way of describing us. We stand in the reformed evangelical stream of the church, theologically speaking. We also believe that all the gifts of the Spirit mentioned in the New Testament are still present in the church today.

And we believe that God is a God who speaks.

He has spoken, and continues to speak, through his word the Bible and has revealed himself supremely though his Only Son, Jesus Christ. 

At LWC we believe that if a person takes God at his word and puts his or her faith in Jesus Christ they will be transformed, forgiven, and know peace with God.
